According to his Draft Registration Card, Victor Irving Miller was living on Prudence Island, Portsmouth, RI and was employed as a Machinist, Tool Maker for Robert Ramspott (Sp?) in Providence, RI.  The 1920 census recorded him as living at 460 Hope Street in Bristol, RI so he returned from his military service during WWI.
