Captain Percy Ray Brownell was a State and Federal Game Warden and an owner of the Brownell Fisheries Company, Inc. with his brothers Herbert and Jonathan. During WWI, he served at a Chief Boatswain’s Mate in the Navy and also served in the Merchant Marines.  Mr. Brownell is buried in the Four Corners Cemetery in Middletown, RI.
