Herman Franklin Holman and Charles A. Holman were brothers who served during WWI. He was employed as a Carpenter by the Florida Hotel Navigation Co. in Florida. His prior military service was as a Private in the Rhode Island Militia for 5 years. Herman passed away in July of 1970 and is buried in the Portsmouth Cemetery, Turnpike Avenue, Portsmouth, RI.
